How we operate
We state only what is confirmed
Transit times, departure frequency, terminal areas and volumes are published only after documentary confirmation. Until the data arrives you see an honest “to be confirmed”, not a convenient figure.
One point of responsibility
The client deals with one coordinator rather than a chain of contractors. Internal handovers between carriers are our job.
Problems are raised before they become urgent
We report any deviation from the plan immediately, together with the available options.

Route selection
We propose scheme options: transport mode, transhipment points, shipment type.
Quote and contract
Cost, scope of services, responsibilities and timing are fixed in the contract.
Cargo receiving
We receive the cargo at the terminal, verify completeness and prepare it for departure.
Transport and control
We run the shipment along the route, report statuses and flag deviations.
Release to consignee
We arrange collection, delivery to the warehouse and handover of documents.
